Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's Diet STANDARD

As part of the package with a vegetable and fruit diet, we provide full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) based on the principles of Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's vegetable and fruit diet. We guarantee proven recipes and tasty dishes that support weight loss and health improvement. During meals, guests may enjoy a rich selection of herbal teas.

The package starts with lunch at 13:30 and ends with breakfast at 8:30. Hotel stay is until 10:00.

The 7-day package (option for adults) includes 30 treatments (Monday to Friday):

• medical and nursing care;
• consultations with a dietitian;
• dry hydromassage of the spine Aquatizer – for adults;
• fango wrap – for adults;
• morning gymnastics outdoors with a physiotherapist – for adults;
• gymnastics in the pool with a physiotherapist – for adults;
• spinal and respiratory gymnastics – for adults;
• body composition analysis once during the package (minimum 7-day stay);
• twice a week Nordic Walking training and educational sessions;
• pool – package (swimming, dry sauna, steam sauna) (14:00 - 21:30; 14:00 - 19:00 – for families with children)

• during meals, guests may choose from various tea sets;
• in case of food intolerance within the vegetable and fruit diet, free elimination of intolerant ingredients;
• lectures on nutrition;

• 24-hour reception;

• free accommodation for children up to 4 years without services, possibility to purchase meals in the second booking step;
• children from 5 to 12 years receive a children's diet with free rehabilitation exercises (Monday to Friday at a set time, by prior arrangement).

1. We charge a tourist tax – 3.40 PLN per person per day.
