Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's Diet STANDARD

As part of the vegetable-fruit diet package, we provide full board (breakfasts, lunches, and dinners) based on the principles of Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's vegetable-fruit diet. We guarantee tested recipes and tasty dishes that support weight loss and health improvement. During meals, Guests can enjoy a wide selection of herbal teas

The package starts with lunch at 1:30 PM and ends with breakfast at 8:30 AM. The hotel day lasts until 10:00 AM.

The 7-day package (variant for adults) includes 30 treatments (from Monday to Friday):

• medical and nursing care;
• consultations with a dietitian;
• 1 physiotherapy treatment per day excluding nitrogen cryotherapy;
• dry hydromassage of the spine Aquatizer - for adults;
• fango wrap - for adults;
• morning exercise outdoors with a physiotherapist – for adults;
• pool gymnastics with a physiotherapist – for adults;
• spinal-respiratory gymnastics – for adults;
• body composition analysis once during the package (minimum 7-day stay);
• Nordic Walking training sessions twice a week;
• pool – package (swimming, dry sauna, steam sauna) (2:00 PM - 9:30 PM; 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM for families with children)

1. We charge a tourist tax - 3.30 PLN per person per day.
2. Outdoor parking - 20 PLN per day.
3. Underground parking - 40 PLN per day.
