The Baltic Health Diet is an offer for everyone who wants to try healthy, tasty, and surprising cuisine. Our menu, prepared from the highest quality products, including those from local, certified suppliers, is based on a few simple but beneficial principles for our health:
- as many fresh, seasonal vegetables and fruits as possible;
- legumes as the primary source of protein;
- if fats, only the healthiest ones: omega-3 and omega-6 from fish, olive oil, nuts;
- low-processed cereal products as the source of carbohydrates;
- for taste and health, herbs, garlic, high-quality cheese in small amounts.
The uniqueness of the diet we propose is ensured by:
- high-fiber prebiotic bread baked by us as a daily menu ingredient;
- vegetables and fruits from certified sources and herbs grown in our ecological greenhouses;
- health-promoting, fresh vegetable and fruit smoothies served daily as a snack with a proprietary recipe;
- Optional: two fasting days (fasts), on Monday and Thursday, during which we serve vegetable broth and herbal infusions. For dinner, we provide a bouquet of vitamins in the form of smoothies.
